Duxot, Maris Diver

My Friday WOTD choice, is the Duxot, Maris Diver. I was eager to get this timepiece back on my wrist, due to receiving a new, custom, Ostrich-Leg strap, crafted by Hoang Dat. For my strap color choice, I decided to go with the dial accent colors, which I feel offers a nice contrast of colors. I chose Ostritch-Leg, because the skin / hyde from that part of the bird, has a larger grain pattern, versus the more traditional, "pimple" look, that is a more common visual.

I feel that the Duxot can be another sleeper timepiece within my collection. At 40mm, the timepiece has a perfectly wearable case size. The dial, with its different textures, affords a clean presentation, with one of the more easily readable diver dials I can ever remember viewing. All-in-all, a very solid timepiece, that could easily serve as a daily wearer.

Staying with the Orange and Black theme with my accessory choice, pairing the Duxot with a custom-crafted bracelet, designed by Beads By Gonzo. I may have inadvertently discovered a new Oriole's themed timepiece for the upcoming Major League Baseball season.
